Adding Your Credential of Merit to Your LinkedIn Profile

Demonstrating your authentic Credential of Merit can be done through the Certifications function on your LinkedIn profile.  Follow these steps to achieve this:

1. Within Add new profile section, click on the cicled + sign:

Add new profile section is at the top and right of your profile: Look for Accomplishments, then Certifications.

2. Enter Details

Enter the details of your assessment with the Certification URL as provided from the RateYourBoss manager's portal:

3. Completed Certification

The completed certification should look like this:

You can click on the See certificate link to inspect the authentic Credential of Merit on the RateYourBoss web site.

4. Visitors to your LinkedIn profile will see the following:

They can click on the highlighted heading link to inspect the authentic Credential of Merit.
